Pay: $70/hr. LOCAL  Pay: $1760 taxable + $1540 stipends = $3300 total weekly pay 

Shift: Days, 0800 – 1630 Schedule: M-F 0800-1630; (4) 10 hour shifts may also be available Setting: Case manager on a hospice unit, will be working with end of life care / hospice patients specifically Location: Primary unit is at 1155 Honey Creek Pkwy Milwaukee Wisconsin 53213 Experience: 1.5 years as an RN, must have exp. working within hospice to be considered
JOB DESCRIPTION COVERAGE AREA: Servicing North Milwaukee and the counties of Washington, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Jefferson
Candidate MUST HAVE:
– Compact or WI RN license 
– BLS (AHA)
– 2 years Hospice experience 
– previous travel experience OR EPIC Remote client experience 

Nurse must be comfortable providing end of life care and planning, wound assessments, care coordination, pain/symptom management, and able to triage appropriately. Patients will be ADULT ONLY and end of life. 1:1 patient ratios. Support on contract consists of other Case Managers, RNs, and a Resource Nurse. Team uses EPIC Remote Client – someone with previous experience and able to hit the ground running is highly preferred.
