RN Hospice Coordinator

This position facilitates the intake processes for the Hospice.  This includes providing information, consultation, and assistance for all inquiries regarding home health and hospice services; matching client needs with agency services and reimbursement sources; and coordinating with agency staff for initial client assessment visit.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Nursing Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years Clinical Experience 1 year experience in a Medicare certified hospice or community health nursing
