This position facilitates the intake processes for the Hospice. This includes providing information, consultation, and assistance for all inquiries regarding home health and hospice services; matching client needs with agency services and reimbursement sources; and coordinating with agency staff for initial client assessment visit.

Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Nursing Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse LicensePreferred Qualifications:
