Must possess effective communication skills, must demonstrate knowledge of hospital policies to implement personnel policies and procedures related to staff supervision.  Must be readily adaptable to changing physical demands without deterioration under stress, must have a basic concept of budgeting, scheduling and counseling.  Must speak, read and write grammatically correct English.

Patient population served is  from birth to geriatric.  Must recognize the normal signs (growth and development) of the patient populations indicated above and understand the requirements of assessment, treatment, and care of the specific age group.

Must be a graduate of an accredited collage and possess current valid RN license in the state of AR.  Must meet requirements of staff nurse job description.
