Position: RN Cardiovascular ICU

\n

Location:  The Baylor Heart Hospital Denton - 2801 S Mayhill Rd, Denton TX 76208 

\n

Patient Population: All things CV from STEMI to LVAD implantation, Cardiogenic shock, AAA, CABG, Valve, TAVR, Devices include TPW, IABO, Impella, TTM, lumbar drain and CRRT. 

\n

Hours: FT Staff / Night Shift / 3/12’s per week / 7pm-7am

\n

CUB Unit: 1st Floor, 22 beds, 24-hour unit

\n

Required Experience: Candidates MUST have minimum (1) one year (prefer 2+ years) of recent, full time bedside Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU or Cardiovascular PCU.

\n

Patient Ratios: Tele 4:1/PCU 3:1/ICU 2:1/CVICU 1:1

Qualifications

\n\nGrad of an Accredited Program\nSpecialized field of study should be nursing.\nA current and valid nursing license.\nMust have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.\n\n

Required Experience: Candidates MUST have minimum (1) one year (prefer 2+ years) of recent, full time bedside Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU or Cardiovascular PCU.
