You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, ensuring accurate documentation and collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team. This full-time (0.90 FTE) night shift position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. We offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package, including: + **Competitive Salary:** $50.21 – $74.61 per hour (The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.) + **Comprehensive Benefits:** Full medical/dental/vision coverage, 403b retirement plan with employer base and matching contributions, generous paid time off, employer-paid life and disability insurance with buy-up options, tuition and continuing education reimbursement, wellness benefits, and expanded EAP and mental health program. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. + Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. + Accurately document patient care in the healthcare record. + Direct and delegate care to other team members. + Continuously pursue professional development and education. + Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives. + Management of ventriculostomy, EVD, and ICP. + Nursing care of patients with non-traumatic ICH, non-traumatic SAH, seizures. + Nursing care of patients post tPA, thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, carotid artery stenting and intra-cranial stenting. + Management of blood pressure abnormalities with parenteral vasoactive agents. + Completion of complex neurological assessments/scales. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 36 months) continuous critical care RN experience or completion of a PeaceHealth critical care residency/fellowship program. + **Credentials:** Registered Nurse - Washington or MSL, BLS and ACLS, NIHSS Certification (within 6 months of hire), CCRN Certification (Preferred) + **Skills:** Demonstrated knowledge of age-specific principles of growth and development, ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships, ability to support medical center philosophy and procedures, basic computer skills. **Life in Vancouver, WA & the Pacific Northwest:** Vancouver offers a vibrant and welcoming community with easy access to the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
