Seasonal Pool 13–26-week night shift assignments in ICU @ Winter Haven & Morton Plant Hospitals (MUST LIVE GREATER THAN 100 MILES FROM FACILITY) Positions details- Registered Nurse- ICU 13–26-week assignment + **Location:** Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater FL and Winter Haven Hospital, Winter Haven FL + **Status:** Pool, Non-Exempt + **Shift:** 645PM - 7:15AM + Every other weekend requirement + **On Call:** No + Always in person The Registered Nurse – ICU responsibilities and skills: + Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of ICU patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. + Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team + Care for patients throughout their recovery in critical care. + Monitor, record, and update care team on patient vitals and assessments. + Identifying sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition + Responding to medical emergencies for critical patients + Coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge. + High emotional intelligence to create a positive patient care experience that includes simplifying medical terminology and concepts to the patient. + Professional accountability and development **Requirements:** + RN (Registered Nurse) License + Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing + 2-year experience of ICU in an Acute Care setting + BLS certification + ACLS certification with the American Heart Association Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled **Position** RN ICU Seasonal Pool - 13-week assignment SRO **Location** Clearwater | Nursing | Pool **Req ID** null
