Position: RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit * PRN Nights

Patient Population: Medical, Surgical, Neuro, Cardiac

Shift: PRN, Nights, 7p-7a

Patient Ratios: 1:2 Number of Beds: 20 beds
\n\n
Department Specifics: Level II Trauma, Primary Stroke Center, Thrombectomy Capable, 24/7 Intensivist coverage, Strong collaboration with ICU Physicians/Surgeons, Committees/Unit Based Council, Furthering Education-Nurse Practitioner, CRNA, etc. Excellent culture of teamwork, learning and safety.

Required Experience: * PRN Candidates must have (2) two-plus years current/very recent ICU experience that includes Cardiovascular ICU and currently skilled in patients requiring CRRT, Impellas, Balloon pumps, vent and line management.

\nAs a Seasonal RN, you align with our nursing model, manage patient care, evaluate, recognize, create, implement care plans. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment.

\nQualifications
