What you will do as an RN - Infusion:
Assesses patient needs and identifies expected nursing outcomesImplements nursing interventions based on plan of careEvaluates care and the patient’s response to interventions and expected outcomesDelivers care as delegated by physician/authorized practitioner to assigned patientsPerforms other duties as determined by manager and clinic needsWhat you will need:
Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse licenseCurrent national certification depending on area of specialty or the ability to obtain one within 18 months of start date or prorated for FTE appointment (if applicable for role).Maintain Oncology Nursing Society’s ONS Provider Card or obtain within 30 days of start date (if applicable for role).Maintain American Heart Association Basic Life Support CertificationPreferred:
2+ years of acute care nursing and/or infusion or ambulatory care nursing experience2+ years of experience in administrating antineoplastic agentsDue to differences in scope of care, practice, or service across settings, the specific experience required for this position may vary.
