: Registered Nurse (RN) – Infusion Pharmacy
Location: Trinity Health Infusion Pharmacy, Cathedral Square, with occasional travel to Lack’s Infusion Center or Hudsonville
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:
Join Trinity Health as a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN). In this role, you will provide high-quality care to ambulatory patients receiving specialty infusion therapies in an outpatient setting. This position primarily serves patients at Trinity Health Infusion Pharmacy - Cathedral Square but requires occasional travel to Lack’s Infusion Center or Hudsonville to support patient needs and team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed infusion therapies, including specialty medications, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor infusion therapy progress, and address any patient concerns during treatment.Educate patients and their families on infusion procedures, medication use, and post-infusion care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including pharmacists and physicians, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, medication administration, and clinical observations in electronic medical records (EMR).Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, infection control protocols, and organizational policies.Travel between designated infusion centers as needed to provide continuity of care.

Qualifications:

Graduation from a NLN or AACN accredited school of nursing

Enrollment in a Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) Degree from an accredited school of nursing and completion required within 4 years of hire

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure authorized in the state of Michigan.

  Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in infusion therapy, oncology, or a related field.

Proficiency in IV therapy, central line care, and infusion pump operation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
