Responsibilities
Our 20 bed unit sees a variety of patients with acute medical conditions such as sepsis, digestive disorders (GI Bleeds, pancreatitis, and other gastrointestinal disorders), heart failure, and cellulitis. In our unit, you will have the opportunity to provide care to patients with a wide range of diagnoses where you can continue to learn something new every day! We are a welcoming, compassionate, patient-oriented team with varied levels of experience from new grads to nurses who have been practicing for over 30 years. Responsibilities:
- The registered nurse provides high quality, skilled nursing services
-Assists the patients to achieve optimum health and functional health status following an illness requiring hospitalization.
- Collaborating with physicians and other health care professionals, the Registered Nurse prepares the patient and family for discharge to home or another setting for continued care.

Qualifications
We require:
Current WA State RN license is required.Recent RN experience with acute care patients.CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work.Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.
