Position Details
Shift: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts (PRN - 6 shifts in a 6 week schedule)
Schedule Flexibility: No mandatory call, with opportunities for additional shifts.
Requirements:
Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license.
Two years of experience in a hospital setting preferred, with ICU experience highly desirable.
CPR/BLS and additional certifications as applicable.

What is PRN (Per Diem) Status?
PRN, or "Per Diem," refers to an on-call role where employees support the regular workforce during busy times, absences, or holidays. PRN team members commit to working at least one shift per week on average, with a portion of these shifts potentially falling on weekends.

Flexibility in scheduling based on departmental needs.
Eligibility for shift differentials, overtime, and holiday premium pay.
A 12% pay differential on your base wage.
