This role requires assessing patient status interpreting clinical data and addressing unique care requirements in alignment with established policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate total patient care delivering individualized care based on patient needs. + Assess and interpret data reflective of patient status to provide age-specific evidence-based care. + Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan. + Embody the Mission and Core Values of St. Bernardine Medical Center through professional conduct and high-quality care delivery. + Actively support the hospital’s strategic plan and participate in quality improvement and process enhancement initiatives. This position calls for clinical expertise compassionate patient care and a commitment to advancing the Mission and strategic goals of St. Bernardine Medical Center in a collaborative and supportive environment. **Qualifications** + **Position is not currently able to support training RN's without 18 months of L&D Experience.** + Current California Registered Nurse License + Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider + Advanced Cardiac Life Support- within first six months of employment into the position. + Neonatal Resuscitation- within first six months of employment into the position. + Basic Arrhythmia- within first six months of employment + Basic Fetal Monitoring within first six months of employment.
