Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Job Type: 13-Week Contract
Shift: Night Shift, 36 hours per week
Description:Anergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week contract in Bakersfield, CA. This role offers night shifts and a total of 36 hours per week. Join our dedicated team and provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to laboring mothers and their newborns
Monitor and assess patients throughout the labor and delivery process
Administer medications and treatments as needed
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on postpartum care
Requirements:
Current RN license
Previous experience in Labor and Delivery
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and patient-focused care
Benefits:
Competitive travel pay of $3,409 per week (applicants must live over 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay package)
