We offer competitive salaries and benefits as well as a pleasant work environment. **Position Highlights** **Job Requirements:** + Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg experience + Previous Labor & Delivery experience required + Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems + IA RN license or compact state + BLS and ACLS are required - inhouse training available + NRP certification required upon hire or within 6 months of hire **Job Schedule:** + 60 hours per pay period Nights (full-time benefit eligible) + 12 hour day/night shifts + Every 3rd weekend with rotating holidays + The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department **Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees.
