Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Acute Care Facility Location: Florence, South Carolina Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Hours: 36 hours per week Contract: 13 weeks (extension opportunities) **Travel and Local Pay Rate Options Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a long-term acute care facility in Florence, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: + Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine assessments. + Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. + Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. + Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. + Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. + Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards. Qualifications: + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina. + Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Med-Surg, PCU, or an acute care or long-term care setting. + Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
