Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Acute Care Facility

Location: Florence, South Carolina

Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract: 13 weeks (extension opportunities)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a long-term acute care facility in Florence, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards.

 

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina. Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Med-Surg, PCU, or an acute care or long-term care setting. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
