Responsibilities\n\n1 on 1 Patient Care.\nProvides nursing care in accordance with physician's care plan of treatment, and individual plan of care, as authorized by client's payer source.\nTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate.\nMonitor patient's condition and s including fluid intake, output, and compose patient charts.\nAssist patients in daily necessary activities.\nProvide emotional support.\n\n
