RN/LPN positionJob Description + Need for an RN/LPN in office or remote capabilities + In Office: + Provide patient care + Work alongside physicians within clinic setting + Vitals, blood draws, EKGs, suture removal, wound care, etc. + Remote: + Perform concurrent reviews to determine the member's overall health and appropriate level of care. + Evaluate the necessity and setting of care being delivered to the member. + Review quality and continuity of care by assessing acuity level, resource consumption, length of stay, and discharge planning. + Collaborate with Medical Affairs and/or Medical Directors to discuss member care. + UM/UR experience Essential Skills + Concurrent review experience + Acute care experience + Managed care knowledge + Case management skills + Clinical knowledge to determine overall health and treatment needs + Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations + Knowledge of utilization management processes Additional Skills & Qualifications + Graduate from an Accredited School + RN or LPN + Compact State License Required + 2-4 years of related experience Pay rate is determined per role Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 • Medical, dental & vision• Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital• 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available• Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents)• Short and long-term disability• Health Spending Account (HSA)• Transportation benefits• Employee Assistance Program• Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in St. Louis,MO.
