This quality position will partner closely with operations, analytics, clinical leadership and training including all areas of population health operations. The Senior Manager Quality Programs will develop tactics to meet program goals and metrics and participate in key leadership meetings to collaborate cross-departmentally communicating and holding teams accountable to progress against program objectives and goals. The Senior Manager Quality Programs will oversee the planning and daily work of the Specialty Efficiency Coordinators. **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualifications** **:** + Leadership experience, minimum 1 year. + One (1) to three (3) years health care experience. + RN, LPN license + Knowledge of and ability to utilize in-house and external resources. **Preferred qualifications:** + Bachelor 's degree preferred + 2 years of healthcare leadership experience + 3 years in health care or physician group experience This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
