RN Manager – Long Term Care at Mount St. Vincent

 

Schedule: 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week), Days

 

Job description:

Responsibility, authority and 24-hour accountability for the management of resident/patient and all employees assigned to neighborhoods.  Management of the neighborhood includes development and implementation of a resident/patient directed service model which integrates the concepts of choice, privacy, dignity, individuality and home like environment.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License  Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  3 years in a leadership and management role in Nursing. 2 years In Long Term care setting including end of life care.

 

Preferred qualifications:

1 year of experience with palliative care programs
