This emphasizes professional nursing practice, teamwork, collaboration, and patient-focused care.The manager plans, develops, and implements policies. They also assess and track procedures. They oversee budgets and resources. Additionally, they manage quality initiatives and educational programs. They serve on governance councils to achieve goals. **What You'll Do** + You will establish and share your vision for nursing practices within the unit. + Work closely with supervisors and nursing staff to reach department goals.
