The CNM Provides leadership and supervision of personnel including fostering a climate conducive to learning and development. Assumes responsibility for staffing and scheduling with appropriate utilization of personnel. **What qualifications you will need:** + Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) + Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing + Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + Current Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + Minimum 3 years current OR Circulator /Surgical Services Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting + Minimum 1 year experience as a full time Charge / Coordinator Nurse, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is a 204-bed facility in Palm Beach County. We offer preventative and elective programs and surgeries. We are an Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Primary Stroke Center. HCA Florida Palms West Hospital has emergency services, a dedicated New Life Center and a Level II NICU. We have a full-service Children’s Hospital. Services include outpatient rehabilitation, an aquatics center, orthopedic spine center, robotics, and interventional radiology.
