**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the Med/Surg Department.
+ Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period.
+ Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care.
+ Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients.
**Requirements:**
+ Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems
+ IA RN license
+ BLS and ACLS are required - onsite training is available with no cost to employees upon hire
+ Med/Surg experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
**Schedule:**
+ 72 hours a pay period
+ Day/Night 7-7
+ Every 3rd weekend
+ Holiday block
+ The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
