Responsibilities

As a Medical Surgical Nurse at California Hospital you’ll excel in your nursing career by providing care to patients admitted to our unit. Most of your patients are funneled in from other units providing you with the opportunity to build on your education and experience in specialized service lines such as cardiac telemetry orthopedics neurology critical care surgical services and emergency.


Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year current registered nursing experience required in Med/Surg.Registered Nurse with current California License required.Current  AHA BLS card required.Additional Certifications to be required based on department requirements.Must be able to complete entire program with perfect attendance recordMust be able to work 3 days per week after completing the first 12 weeks of residencyMust be able to work or train on either night or day shifts, including holidaysMust agree to the terms and conditions of the program.
