Position Highlights:

Position: Registered NurseHourly Pay Range: $34.68 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $36 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.Location: Elmhurst, ILFull Time: 36/hr weekHours: 7am – 7:00pm with every 3rd weekend and holiday track

What you will do:

The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

What you will need:

Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:

 Associate Degree or higher in NursingIf Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)Current incumbents with an RN Diploma are grandfatheredORRN Diploma Nurse if position start date is prior to September 1, 2021

Required License and/or Certification:

Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensureCurrent CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing
