100% FTE, full-time salaried position with hours between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays. You will be working at the Gender Services Multidisciplinary Clinic and University Hospital in Madison, WI, as well as UW Health’s Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery Clinic in Middleton, WI. This is a hybrid position with opportunity to work remotely on a weekly basis after completing orientation – frequency may vary and is dependent on operational need.

Be an integral part of UW Health’s Gender Services Program by supporting initial consults and coordinating care for gender service patients and their families, while also being a strong patient advocate. Serve as a point person and provide education and resources to adult and geriatric patients as they navigate their path of seeking gender-affirming care within our organization. Provide comprehensive care by working in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team that includes primary care, behavioral health, urology, plastic surgery, ENT facial plastics and speech/voice, among others.
