6 South  is a 35-bed medical stepdown unit that cares for patients who have a multitude of medical/neurological diagnoses, some who require telemetry monitoring. We also offer virtual nursing and camera monitoring on this unit.

6 South is an excellent unit to start your Nursing Career and prepare you for your future path/specialty area.

12 hour shifts, rotating holidays & weekends

REQUIRED EDUCATION / LICENSURE

Requires current Michigan Nursing License – Graduate Nurses invited to apply.Graduation from accredited nursing programBSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years
