Responsibilities

RN New Grad Program ED or ICU - St Bernardine Medical Center -  Beginning March 3rd, 2025 


This job opening is for the following units: 

Emergency Services

ICU 

*Department & Shift to be decided upon successful completion of panel interview.

Program Commitment: 

The program consists of a clinical orientation in addition to a 12-month transition-to-practice. The program requires full-time(40-hour) employment during the length of the program (12 months from start).


Qualifications

Eligibility:

Applicants must have:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing required within the past 12 months from start date of program (3/2024 or after). 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Additional certifications may be required based on populations served.
