Responsibilities

RN New Grad Pediatric ICU, Beginning March 3rd, 2025.

The Transition RN Fellowship at Northridge Hospital Medical Center prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a specialty unit. 

Candidates must have at least 2 years of acute care experience to be eligible for this program.

Qualifications
Graduate of Accredited RN school of Nursing required.Completion of an approved Basic Arrhythmia course prior to the start of the transition program (unless otherwise agreed upon by Unit Director and Education department to complete during the program)Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting required.Registered Nurse with current CA License and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider card required.ACLS PALS (per unit requirements)Successful completion of a formal Dignity Health interview process; the overall scoring of the interview consensus will be taken into consideration in determining the selection of candidate(s).Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions within the past twelve(12) months and with at least a "Meets" standards on the last 2 perfomance evaluations. Preferred
