Clinical Coach and Preceptor RNs provide education, coaching, and mentoring to new graduate RNs during a 40-week period to develop their competence, confidence, critical thinking, and documentation skills. New graduates in the program are trained as a collective group in various units. Upon successful completion of the program, nurses will be placed in a position within the Scripps system. This program requires that you are available to work periods of both day and night shifts.
