RN NICU
Overview

As our NICU Nurse at St. Francis Medical Center, you’ll  monitor the complex medical needs of sick and preterm infants. You’ll provide compassionate care, serving as their advocate; supporting their best interests when they cannot. To thrive in this role, you’ll heavily depend on your ability to multitask and react. You’ll clinically care for your patients, remaining focused and attentive, as you continuously monitor them throughout your shift. Your sound judgment during an emergency and rapid response are impressive.  You’re calm. You’re in control. You’re handling the situation.
