Amergis Staffing iscurrently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) assignments in Petersburg ,VA!
Position Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks (+ability toextend)
Number of Openings: 1
Start Date: 1/27, 2/10, 2/24
Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 36 (3x12's) /Nights
*Willwork every OTHER weekend/holiday
Setting:
+ Level II NICU
+ Dual role - NICU/Nursery
+ Will float within New Life Center as needed
Position Requirements:
+ Minimum 3 years of RN NICU experience
+ Have to be comfortable catching babies at delivery
+ Vent experience highly preferred
+ VA RN or Compact RN license
+ BLS and ACLS (AHA), NRP

TheRegistered Nurse – NICU cares for newborn babies who are delivered pre-term orat-term newborns who experience complications at the time of birth. TheRegistered Nurse – NICU provides intensive around-the-clock care, includingboth medical needs and basic daily care activities.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which the nurse practices
+ One year NICU experience required
+ NRP card per contract requirement
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
