The NICU is recognized as a Level IV NICU — the highest level of care for neonates. We are a designated March of Dimes NICU Family Support® program and have a Neuro NICU for babies with neurologic conditions. This position is eligible for a sign on bonus up to $11,250 based on experience. Responsibilities Job Description Provides care to patients with complex NICU needs. Performs advanced monitoring using current technology High Frequency ventilation Cares for surgical patients with congenital anomalies, intubated patients and patients with tracheostomies Total Body Cooling (TBC), Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO), Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Central arterial lines/monitoring and other venous lines Qualifications Required: 1 year of RN experience OR at least 6 months of current employment at UMMCH as a NICU RN MN RN License BLS Preferred BSN or BAN Certification in related specialty.
