We’re seeking a RN Nurse Manager for our Behavioral Health and Life Skills leadership team.
Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of medication administration and treatments prescribed by physician, developing and delivering training and certification of MDSP for initial medication administration, tube feeding administration and insulin administration, as well as completing QA audits.
He or she must also maintain neat, accurate and orderly records reflecting program members’ condition, medication administration, treatment, nursing observation, and care, as well as attends program member medical appointments as indicated.
They will assist in the orientation of new LPNs and DSPs Participates in the in-service training program. Provides an ongoing training and coaching for LPN, DSP/MDSPs, as well as teaching program members about good health habits and works toward increasing independence.
He or she will also complete reports, incident reports (quarterly log) Psychotropic Medications, MIPPS, MOLST, ER hospital log, PON”s and Care Plans, and maintain tracking sheets (nursing, safety, med certs, and employee health records) in a timely manner.

Starting salary for this position ranges from $68,000 to $75,000, based on experience.
