This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm. On-call rotation every 6 weeks.Oversees performance management of staff on assigned floors, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and termination interviews and hires new staff; oversees onboarding experience for new staffGuides teams toward clinical, quality and operational excellenceUnderstands and embraces the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Process as the way to address operational challenges and concernsContribute to the formulation, review and amendment of operational policies and operational procedures in accordance with administrative organization of the facilityContribute to Quality Assurance initiatives with responsibility as an active member in various committees; CQI, HIPPA, Interdisciplinary Policy and Procedure and Clinical LeadershipWill handle other responsibilities as part of the Nursing team on the assigned floorsCheck out what we have to offer YOU at https://www.stjohnsliving.org/careers:
