HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

Is responsible for the daily oversight of a multi-disciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed staff members in the provision of safe and effective home health care (HHC) services. Participates in orientation, clinical documentation reviews, home supervisory visits, class instruction, and care conferences. Performs other duties (as assigned).

Required Education:

Associate degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school

Required Experience:

Two (2) years of home health nursing experience

Preferred Experience:

Clinical supervisory experience in a home health agency. Ability to follow work process flows. Excellent organizational skills.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nurse Practice Act) [includes multistate compact licensure]. Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited American Heart Association (AHA) instructor. Florida Class “E” driver license.NOTE: Incumbent will be operating a personal or TMH vehicle. A valid driver’s license and driving record that meets or exceeds the requirements of the organization’s current vehicle insurance carrier is required. All certificates and licenses must be kept current as a condition of continued employment. Driving privileges are also subject to periodic review and driving record must remain within acceptable insurability standards as a condition of continued employment. -
