Find your purpose working as the RN Oncology Coordinator at the Melrose Hospital! The RN Oncology Coordinator is responsible for the overall operation of the Oncology Department, including day-to-day operations and long-range planning. In this role you will be responsible for conducting key components of the performance improvement plan which includes activities to monitor, track and report quality indicators, support the medical staff peer review and credentialing processes, conduct risk management functions related to patient complaints and patient safety activities. This position requires the ability to provide clinical assessment skills relative to the medical oncology patient/family. In this role, you will also train to assist with OR duties.

Pay and Benefits
Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $40.33 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour Pay range: $40.33 - $60.50 per hour $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates! Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - BSN or MSN preferred Current Minnesota RN license Minimum of 2 years chemotherapy/biotherapy experience Experience working in a critical access hospital
