**15032BR** **Title:** RN Out Patient **Department/Cost Center:** 847 - Employee Health **Job Description:** Highland Hospital is seeking a Part Time Employee Health RN. The schedule will include: Two- 8 hour shifts (8am-4:30pm) days are flexible One- 4 hour shift (12:30-4:30pm) alternating Wednesday & Friday Essential Job Duties include: + Interviews new employees during pre-employment physicals in order to obtain health history. Conducts annual health screenings for currently employees. + Performs clinical tests as needed (ie Fit testing, blood pressure, vision tests, color discrimation testing, point of care tests.). + Administers vaccines/TST tests. Competent in phlebotomy skills. + Examines ill or injured employees, providing nursing care when appropriate and refers to the EHS provider, primary care physician, urgent care or Emergency Department. Authorizes release from or return to work as appropriate. + Administers treatments and medications, patient teaching and health education directly to patients in collaboration with provider visits. + Provides counseling for, documents and tracks BBF exposures, coordinating lab testing and followup as needed. **Salary Range:** $33.18-38.62 an hour _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._ **Auto req ID:** 15032BR **Job Requirements:** Fulfilled the educational requirements to be a licensed RN in NYS. 3-5 years experience. Office Practice and/or Geriatrics experience preferred.
