RN - OUTPATIENT SERVICES - PREADMISSION TESTING

The Ambulatory Care (Outpatient Services) Nurse provides total nursing care of the patient both direct and indirect within an assigned patient care area. The nurse must be able to carry out these responsibilities independently within the guidelines of accepted nursing and department practice. Cares for patients from infancy through adult life span. Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Qualifications\:

Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor’s Degree preferredCurrent state of WI nursing licenseCPR Required. ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hirePrefer at least one year of experience in a Perioperative setting, but may consider training for the right candidate
