Mercy Home Health (a member of Trinity Health at Home) has a need for a Full-time Registered Nurse - Palliative Care. This position is based out of Newtown Square and supports the greater Philadelphia area including Delaware and Chester counties.The Palliative Care RN is responsible for patients and families in the palliative care program. Provides Palliative care clinical consultation.
BSN Required. Current PA RN License - CPR Certification, Hospice/Palliative Care Certification Required. Home care experience, strong clinical knowledge base, Hospice experience, computer skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Palliative Care experience, demonstrate ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills. Must be able to work independently and on a team. Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations. Ability to develop, coordinate and evaluate programs in Palliative care and end-of-life care.
