This position is based out of St. Mary Home Care and supports the greater Bucks County/Upper Bucks County area. **The Palliative Care RN is responsible for patients and families in the palliative care program. Provides Palliative care clinical consultation.** BSN Required. Current PA RN License - CPR Certification, Hospice/Palliative Care Certification Required. Home care experience, strong clinical knowledge base, Hospice experience, computer skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Palliative Care experience, demonstrate ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills. Must be able to work independently and on a team. Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations.
