This is a part time position working 16 hours/week (two 8 hour shifts) at Dominguez Rancho Seminary.

The Palliative Care RN Coordinator has responsibility for coordinating the activities of all palliative care team members and organizing the weekly team conference.  The RN Coordinator is the primary link to referring staff and physicians who are seeking the services of the palliative care team.

Required qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Nursing. Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  2 years of RN experience in the acute care setting or transitional care setting.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: HPNA Certification (eligibility for certification required)
