Location: Warren County, NC
Contract Duration: 8 weeks
Hourly Rate: $35/HR
Start Date: 2/17
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM – every other wknd On-Call
On-Call Requirement: Some on-call dutiesrequired – Paid
Job Description:
Weare seeking a dedicated and compassionate Public Health Nurse to join our teamfor an 8-week contract in Warren County, NC. The successful candidate will beresponsible for conducting home health visits within the community, providingessential healthcare services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct home health visits to assess patient health needs and provide necessary care. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina. Experience in public health nursing or home health care preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
