Responsibilities/Job Description Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care PlanCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesRN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided QualificationsRequired:
Current MN RN license or by start dateAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersPreferred:
