Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Required: Current MN RN license or by start date BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Preferred: Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
