All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience._** Ebenezer is looking for a **Registered Nurse - RN** whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active assisted living in Chanhassen, MN! It hosts 134 units of Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational childcare and interactive programming with our seniors. Chanhassen was named one of the best small towns in the U.S. by Money Magazine, and Riley Crossing has won local awards for the best retirement community. **Responsibilities Job Description** + Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care + Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies + Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care + RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary + Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided **Qualifications** **Required:** + Current MN RN license or by start date + AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS) **Preferred:** + Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems + Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN + Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers + Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population **Benefit Overview** Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
