At MercyOne Northeast Iowa, our nurses and patient care assistants (PCAs) work together to create an environment where patient-centered care is always the priority.

What You’ll Do as an RN:Deliver Exceptional Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.Collaborate & Lead: Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs and PCAs, ensuring a seamless experience for patients.Be a Communication Hub: Act as a vital link between physicians, patients, families, and other healthcare team members.

Work Hours & ScheduleFull-Time (.9 FTE): Enjoy a balanced schedule of 7 a.m.–7 p.m. shifts.Weekend Flexibility: Work every third weekend, giving you more free time!

Qualifications:Current Iowa RN license (required).BSN preferred (but not required—we welcome new grads!).
