**Positions details:**
+ **Location:** Winter Haven Hospital – Winter Haven, Florida
+ **Status:** Full Time
+ **Shift:** 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
+ Every other weekend requirement
+ **On Call:** Yes
+ Always in person

**Requirements:**
+ RN (Registered Nurse) License
+ Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
+ 5 years as a Registered Nurse in Hemodialysis OR 1-year Acute Care as a RN OR 6-months Acute Care experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment
+ BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
+ ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
The **Registered Nurse – Hemodialysis** responsibilities and skills:
+ Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of Dialysis patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
+ Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
+ Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in critical care
+ Monitor, record, and update care team on patient vitals and assessments.
+ Identifying sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition
+ Responding to medical emergencies for critical patients
+ Coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge
+ High emotional intelligence to create a positive patient care experience that includes simplifying medical terminology and concepts to the patient
+ Professional accountability and development
