Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across a wide range of medical conditions, from stable to critical acuity. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans using your broad clinical expertise. Adapt swiftly to changes in patient acuity and care requirements in a flexible, fast-paced environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
