Nazareth Hospital, a member of the Mercy Health System located in Northeast Philadelphia, currently has a position available for a Registered Nurse to join our Perioperative team. Nazareth Hospital provides a full array of healthcare services including nationally certified stroke care, heart failure care and joint replacement.

Registered Nurse (RN)-Operating Room.  FULL-TIME POSITION - DAYS/FLEXIBLE SHIFTS WITH CALL
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for:
•Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care to patients requiring surgical intervention during the pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phase. 
•This professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
•Current RN Pennsylvania state license required
•BCLS required
•ACLS preferred
•Professional certifications preferred

Minimim education and experience requirements:
•One year experience in Medical Surgical Nursing preferred
•Prior clinical experience preferred
•BSN required
